Vintage Nostalgia Show and other delights

We’ve been dead busy recently with what seems like a million family birthdays and a lot of fab events.  The Dorset Vintage Wedding Fair was just amazing and there were so many fantastic exhibitors and even better hundreds of excited visitors!  No apologies for so many photos of our favourites – Please do check them out!

Our favs Miss Cream Tease and Nursey Bang Bang on the fantastic They stall.

Not just for weddings. Fabulous shoes from Shoe Devotion of Bournemouth

Honeybells Bell Tent Hire from Dorset

Amazing bespoke stationary from Willy Walnut

Beautiful accessories from Gypsy Rose Upstyling

Desert trolley to die for from Sweet Dream Events

Equally fun was the Anonymous Travelling Market at the Larmer Tree Gardens (home of the Larmer Tree  and End of the Road Festivals) and a brilliant place to visit in it’s own right.

Essence of the Anonymous Travelling Market

I’ve never been inside the house before and it’s stunning, obviously all the better for the fabulousness of the exhibitors which included Shaftesbury’s The Faithful Elephant (such gorgeous dresses for little bridesmaids) and Sarah Sidders Design from whom we bought an ace dinosaur t-shirt for Tommy.

Gorgeous dresses from The Faithful Elephant

The great thing about this market was that there were real food stalls as well as cupcakes and the usual vintage and handmade fare.  These included our big favourites James’s Cheese and The Gilded Teapot  who were obviously as brilliant as ever!

My birthday treat was a camping weekend at The Vintage Nostalgia Show at Stockton Park near Salisbury.

Oh my, not only were we blessed with amazing weather, we were blessed with the most chilled out and friendly vintage event ever. Here’s a flavour of the weekend in pictures…. we absolutely can’t wait for next year!
